Standard Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the selected room rate or special offer.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night’s stay or the applicable cancellation fee according to your reservation conditions.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. The full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Early Departure
Guests who choose to check out earlier than their confirmed departure date may be charged according to the original reservation terms and conditions.
Reservation Changes
If you need to modify your reservation, including your arrival or departure dates, room type, or number of guests, please contact our reservations team as early as possible. All modifications are subject to room availability and may result in rate adjustments.
Group Reservations

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take between 7 and 14 business days to appear in your account.
